Our fields are located in Maule Valley, in the area of Pencahue, which presents a Mediterranean climate, that is, with well-defined seasons and temperatures ranging from 10ºC (50°F) to 30ºC (86°F) from day to night, giving fruits with exceptional and unique aroma and taste.

Our oil mills are the most modern in the region, and our 350 hectares surface were different varieties of olives grow, such as Arbequina, Picual, Frantoio, Leccino and Corantina. Our oils are fresh and fruity as in the production process our olives are pressed within the first hours of harvest.
